Zhu Tiancai

Zhu Tiancai was born in July 1945 and graduated with a university education. He is the nineteenth generation successor of Chen style Taiji Boxing in Chen Jiagou Village, one of the "Four Buddha’s Warrior Attendants" of Taiji Boxing. As a national senior Wushu coach, first-class referee, outstanding scientific and technological talents in Henan Province, he has served as vice-chairman of the Wenxian county CPPCC for four times and member of the Standing Committee of the Jiaozuo People’s Congress for two times. He is known as "International Taiji Boxing Coach", "Singapore Chen style Taiji Boxing Pioneer", "the first coach of Chen style Taiji Boxing in South Korea", and used to work as a consultant or professor for more than 30 national and regional Wushu associations, Wushu schools and institutions of higher learning. In order to build a harmonious atmosphere, the master actively participated in social public welfare activities, regularly held lectures throughout the country, and was popular among the public. In 2007, Zhu Tiancai was named by the Ministry of Culture as the first batch of representative inheritors of national intangible cultural heritage projects.
