Wang Zhanjun

Wang Zhanjun, male, born in September 1974 in Chen Jiagou village, Wen County. He is the 12th generation of Chen style Taiji Boxing, the leader of the new generation of Taiji Boxing, the chief instructor of Taiji Boxing of the State Administration, the vice-chairman of Henan Provincial Wushu Association, the visiting professor of Jiaozuo Normal College of Higher Education, the founder of Wang Zhanjun‘s Taiji brand, the reigning champion of Taiji Boxing Push Hands in the National Wushu Championship, the overall champion of the six schools in the CCTV Wulin Conference, the holder of the Guinness World Record for Dantian Flicking, and the former representative of Chinese traditional Wushu who defeated Yokozuna Shutaro, the highest-level sumo wrestler in Japan. He is currently the Executive Director and Chief Instructor of Chen Jiagou village Wushu Academy. In December 2021, Wang Zhanjun was named the representative inheritor of the fifth batch of provincial intangible cultural heritage projects in Henan Province by the Henan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism.
